1.   How can I order Signi jewellery online?

At Signi Jewels, shopping is a piece of cake with our online platform. If you already have an account with us, just log into your account, move the desired product to the cart and place the order.

If you don’t have an account with us, move the product to the cart and let us guide you through the login and ordering process.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an order summary at your provided email address. You can also find the same under the order summary section in your account.



2.   Why should I buy gold jewellery online?

Gold jewellery is not just a good investment but also a great fashion accessory. At Signi Jewels, we’ve designed our shopping process to be quick, convenient and extremely safe to ensure a great experience for our customers. 3.   What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

We work with leading logistic partners in India to ensure smooth delivery. Once the order is received, we put the jewellery in production for which the estimated delivery time is 10-12 business days in Mumbai and 12-15 business days outside Mumbai.



4.   How can I track the status of my order?

You won’t lose track of time while tracking the status of your order because our process is extremely simple and user-friendly. Once the jewellery is dispatched from our factory, a docket number will be provided to you through which you can track the status of your order.



5.   How do I return the product?

If you want to return a product, please mail us at info@signijewels.com. Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your Cash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.



6.   Which locations does Signi deliver in India?

No matter where you are located, our sparkling crystals will find their way to you with just one click. We’re proud to say that at Signi Jewels, we offer free delivery pan India to make your shopping experience easy and convenient.



7.   Does Signi deliver products outside of India?

We currently do not offer international delivery. However we are taking efforts to expand our reach globally so that everyone has access to iridescent sparkling crystals inspired by your intensely individual self.



8.   What are the delivery charges?

You see it, you like it, you buy it at zero delivery costs pan India. At Signi Jewels, we are proud to say that shopping is as easy as it can get with our free delivery pan India facility.



9.  What can I do to get a faster delivery?

Payments Related

1.   What are the payment options available?

At Signi Jewels, just like our wide range of jewellery options, we accept a wide range of payment options too to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience for our customers. You can make your payment via Visa / Mastercard credit and debit cards, Internet banking, Cash on delivery and UPI options.



2.   What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

In case of an unfortunate situation of the payment not being accepted, you may mail us at info@signijewels.com or connect with us on our helpline number +91 85-85-85-7898 that is operational from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.



3.   Is COD available?

Yes, at Signi Jewels, shopping is a piece of cake with our free cash on delivery option available on pan India delivery.



4.   What is the limit for COD transactions?

While we want you to have a limitless shopping experience, we have a limit of ₹49,000/- for Cash on delivery orders for safety reasons.



5.   Which debit & credit cards are accepted for payments?

At Signi Jewels, all Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted as listed in our razorpay payment gateway.



6.   Which other Online payment modes are available?

At Signi Jewels, other than Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, we also accept Internet banking and UPI options for online payment.



Returns Related

1.   Can I cancel my order? How?

Yes. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 24 hours of Confirmation. Mail us at info@signijewels.com with the product details and we will assist you with the cancellation process. Please note, if your order contains 2 or more items, and you wish to cancel only one of them, you can do so at ease with Signi Jewels.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking) at the earliest.



2.   What is the return policy?

Sorry to hear that you would like to return your order. If you want to return a product, please mail us at info@signijewels.com. Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your Cash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account. Please note, orders placed with COD can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing order.



3.  When should I expect the refund?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind about the product, you can return the product within 15 days from the date you purchased it and get a full refund.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the original packaging and receipt with you to validate the refund process.
  • You will receive a notification on your registered email address once we receive your item.
  • The returned item will be inspected for any damages and if your refund is approved, we will initiate a return within 7 working days.

Please note, in case of bank payment, the time taken for you to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.



4.   When will I receive the replacement?

If you wish to exchange a product, please mail us at info@signijewels.com. Once the reverse pick up is arranged, the product will go through a quality check. If the product passes the quality check, you will receive the replacement within 3-4 working days.



5.   Can I return the order placed with COD?

Sorry to hear that you would like to return your order. If you want to return a product placed with cash on delivery payment option, please mail us at info@signijewels.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

1.   Are Signi products good for daily use?

We offer lightweight gold jewellery with luxurious designs at affordable prices, making it perfect for daily wear. With good care, you can maintain the quality of your jewellery for years to come!



2.   Does Signi Jewels give a diamond certification?

No, we do not offer diamond certification at Signi Jewels. Each one of our jewellery is built with the highest quality of crystals and is set in 18K Hallmark certified gold, starting from INR 3000/-.



3.   How good is 18 karat gold?

A piece of 18-carat gold jewellery has eighteen parts of gold and six parts of alloy metal. In simpler words, the jewellery will have 75% of pure gold content. At Signi Jewels, we offer jewellery built with the highest quality of 18K Hallmark Certified Gold, starting from INR 3000/-.



4.   Is rose gold worth more than yellow gold?

The value of rose gold jewellery is the same as yellow and white gold. However, rose gold is alloyed with other metals to alter its colour slightly. The amount of gold content in the jewellery will remain the same. At Signi Jewels, each one of our sparkling crystals are set in 18K Hallmark Certified Gold and can be customized to yellow, rose or white gold to suit your unique style.



5.   Can we sell Signi gold?

Yes, you can sell gold jewellery purchased at Signi Jewels either under our Lifetime Buyback Guarantee policy or at any other store. Each one of our sparkling crystals are set in 18K Hallmark Certified Gold jewellery starting from INR 3000/-. As per our Lifetime Buyback Guarantee, you can return the product, and avail 70% of gold value, while on exchange of the product, you can avail 80% of gold value. Please note the gold price depends on the market rate and is subject to change.
